Shipping FAQs – European Auto Imports

1. When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.


2. Which courier do you use?

We ship orders using either Australia Post or TNT Express, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel. We choose the most appropriate and cost-effective option to get your order to you quickly and safely.


3. How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected courier. You can get an estimate using the Australia Post delivery calculator here:

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For large or bulky items, additional shipping fees may apply.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to monitor your delivery.


6. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Australia. If you’re located overseas and would like to order, please contact us to discuss possible options.


7. What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

We take great care in packing your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier.


8. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post only. TNT Express does not deliver to PO Boxes.


9. Are there any limits on parcel size or weight?

Yes. Australia Post limits parcels to 22 kg and 0.25 cubic metres per package. Heavier or larger orders may be split across multiple parcels or sent via TNT Express.


10. What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately if you notice a mistake with your shipping address. If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can correct it. If it’s already in transit, redirection fees may apply or the parcel may be returned to us.
