1. Dispatch Timeframes
Orders received before 2:00 PM (AEST) on business days are normally dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
Delays may occur during peak times or due to stock availability. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship using two trusted courier services, selected based on destination, parcel size, and urgency:
Australia Post – suitable for most domestic deliveries.
TNT Express – used for bulky, heavy, or time-sensitive deliveries.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each order.
3. Delivery Estimates

4. Parcel Limits (Australia Post)
Australia Post has the following maximum parcel limits:
Weight: Up to 22 kg per parcel
Volume: Maximum 0.25 cubic metres
Larger or heavier orders may be split across multiple parcels or sent via TNT Express.
5. Tracking and Notifications
Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
You can track your order via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
Ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive shipping notifications.
6. Packaging and Transit Protection
All products are carefully packed to minimise risk of damage during transit. While we take all reasonable care to protect items before dispatch, we are not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers once parcels leave our premises.
