The Independent Aftermarket Branch is organised by territory (Benelux, Brazil, Eastern Europe, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom) whereas the Original Equipment Spares Branch is organised by automaker, with a dedicated team.

The marketing and logistics activities are combined to increase performance.
